This policy explains how Juniper Ridge Painting LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through https://www.juniperrp.com. We keep it short and specific, because vague privacy policies help nobody.
Information You Give Us
When you submit a quote request or contact form, we collect the information you type: your name, phone number, email address, the service you're interested in, and your project details. We ask for exactly what we need to prepare an estimate and contact you — nothing more.
How We Use It
- To respond to your request, prepare your estimate and schedule a visit.
- To keep a record of your project in our internal customer system, so anyone on our team can pick up where the last conversation left off.
- To send you an appointment confirmation and reminders if you book a visit.
We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, ours records standard technical data (browser type, device, approximate location by IP, pages viewed, and how you arrived). We use it in two ways:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregated statistics about how visitors use the site, so we can improve it. Google acts as our data processor.
- Google Ads measurement — if you reach us from one of our ads, we
record which campaign, keyword or search brought you (via
utmparameters and Google'sgclid, stored in a cookie on your device for up to 90 days). This lets us know which advertising is worth its cost. When you submit a form, a conversion event is reported to Google Ads. Where enhanced conversion measurement is enabled, contact details you provide may be transmitted to Google in hashed (irreversible) form to help match that conversion — Google receives the hash, never readable data from us.
Our contact page also embeds a Google Maps frame showing our office location; loading it involves Google.
Cookies and Your Choices
We use cookies for the attribution described above and to remember whether you've already dismissed our quote pop-up, so it doesn't keep interrupting you. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time — the site keeps working, we simply lose the ability to tell which ad brought you. You can also opt out of Google's advertising personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
How Long We Keep It
Quote requests and project records are kept while there's an active or potential working relationship, and afterwards as long as needed for warranty service and business records. Attribution cookies expire within 90 days. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see below) and we will, except where we're required to keep records for tax or warranty purposes.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are transmitted encrypted, and our internal customer system is password-protected and not publicly indexed. No system is perfect, but we don't collect payment card data through this website at all.
Your Rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Nevada residents have the right under NRS 603A.340 to ask that we not sell their personal information — a request that is easy for us to honor, because we never sell it. Children
Our services are sold to adults; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll remove it.
